Our laboratory have been conducting fieldwork in seven regions both in and out of Japan, based on understanding of different languages and cultures. In the process of fieldwork, we research collaboration based on relationships with people and the ideal way of social transformation. Through this session, we will present the significance of university students entering a community to solve problems and participating in a rural study abroad program without need of temporary absences from school.
