Looking to the future where the MULTI-BUSINESS becomes the general working style

Person in Charge of the Project : Mamiko Chiya

In 100-year-life, we need to change our working style from time to time to correspond to variety of life events. In order to realize this in the After the Next Societies, the so-called Japanese employment practices, where workers stayed at the same company from their entry into workforce immediately upon graduation through retirement and lived on pension income after retirement, need to be revisited. Thus, Chiya-Laboratory will propose MULTI-BUSINESS which has no clear distinction between each job such as main job and side job as a future work style in the After the Next Societies.
