This symposium aims to consider how advanced technologies develop the future of sports. First, company approaches to the sports industry utilizing up-to-date technologies will be introduced from Panasonic Co, Ltd. Next, some panelists, who were world-class top athletes in Gymnastics, Figure Skating, and Kendo, will present characteristic and thoughts of each sport. Finally, we will discuss about how technologies and sciences create future of sports, from various points of view such as the strengthening of sports ability and the growth of sports culture.
