Keio SFC recently signed a pact with Nagashima City (Kagoshima) and Kamiishi Kogen City (Hiroshima) in February and August of 2017, respectively, in the hopes to revive our local economy. In this way, our university has been supporting the practical study of local revitalization. Some of our own projects, such as Media Camp, Shima TECH, and FROM PROJECT have been cooperating with various areas of the country as well. In this session, Professor Suzuki, lab students who are interested in regional revitalization, and guests will have a heated discussion on their outlook for the future of local regions in Japan.
