Measurement of the sports athletes/equipments and its performance assessment
Person in Charge of the Project : Shuka MitsukawaWe are working on evaluating performance from measuring locus of players and equipment by using image analysis, sensors, laser scanner, etc. For example, we are measuring flight trajectories of ski jumpers using laser light, to measure the fluid force acting on jumpers, and to clarify the relation between it and the flight distance.
