Person in Charge of the Project : Osamu NakamuraThe W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) is an international consortium that provides information about Web technologies, formulates and promotes specifications, and prototypes new technology. Its mission of "One Web" is the realization of a "Web for All" and a "Web on Everything," giving all people in all environments equal access to the same data.
