Challenges in Globalizing University Education in Asia

The Japanese people are important participants in the world community, and the health of the Japanese economy is dependent upon being part of the global economy. As the mobility of people throughout Asia increases, the demand for a globalized education is rising. In this session, we will discuss the challenges in evolving a university to lead toward this global future. Panelists will represent Japanese universities, other Asian universities, and high school educators and parents searching for the best path to educating their students and children as global citizens.
