We study and practice Coaching and Life skills programs to provide solutions to overcome a wide variety of obstacles faced by players and coaches, mainly in the world of sports. We focus on interaction with others through dyadic communication, as well as a "think-become aware-take action" process cycle, when creating an effective life skill program.
