After outbreak of the Great East Japan Earthquake, various investigations and practices are carried out about the policy of the reconstruction aid. In this study, we really challenge Guinness world records in all 59 cities, towns and villages in Fukushima prefecture troubled with the aftereffects of the nuclear plant accident, and perform investigations and analyses what kind of effect it brings for a victim.
