Society is way past guaranteeing your happiness if you work for a famous company.  However, for employees, the company they work for still greatly affects the  happiness of their lives, professional and personal. So what is a 'good'  company? How should the students select a company from a list that's hundreds  and thousands long? What kind of information should be taken into account to  find a company where you can achieve your aspiration and live the life that  you want? We aim to propagate the findings of our research, which is focused  on those questions above, in an interactive and enjoyable way.
