» Future X Organizations: In Search of Future of Organizations - Keio University

Technological changes (e.g., digital platforms and AI) and social changes (e.g., diversity, inclusion, and sustainability) are not only changing our way of living but also having a significant impact on organizations and management. Under the theme of In Search of Future of Organizations, Takumi Shimizu Lab is exploring the frontiers of these changes, which are the ongoing focus of practitioners, researchers, and organizations around the world. In this exhibition, we introduce our ongoing projects: (1) Future of Work, (2) Hybrid Work in the Covid-19 Era, (3) Managing Star Employees in Organizations, (4) Digital Organizational Culture, and (5) Organizations with Diversity and Inclusion.
