Miki Akiyama Lab will provide an opportunity for everyone to think about Health by introducing our research projects, which are based on health communication. Heath Communication is the study and use of communication strategies to inform and influence individual and community decisions that enhance health. It is applied not only in the medical institutions but also in organizational management and environmental design. This year, we are engaged in group projects tackling such issues as parenting, mental health, and gender, based on this form of communication.
