The Meteorological Society of Japan (AMSJ) studies the current state of weather reporting and forecast accuracy. This is because natural disasters are becoming more frequent due to global warming, and there is a need for more accurate and reliable weather forecasting.In this session, we invite a graduate of our laboratory who is currently working as a meteorologist to discuss the current and future challenges of weather forecasting with our laboratory members and faculty.We hope that this session will generate new ideas for the audience.
