In order to reduce medical expenses with the declining birth rate and the aging population, it is necessary for everybody to maintain good health in daily life. The Healthy Life Style and Food Consortium considers the daily diet, which is closely related to the maintenance of the individual's health, as one of the most important factors. In this session, we will invite experts to have a panel discussion on food and health for the longevity society.
