Person in Charge of the Project : Takaaki Kato

Visual information is the significant sensory information that is directly related to competitive performance among athletes. Recently, it is possible to measure the eye movements of athletes during the performance, and is predicted that the relationship between performance and the visual information is greatly contributed not only to gaze direction but to visual characteristics. Therefore, we will presume the attention state of athletes from the perspective of eye movements by using mind-using technique and will exhibit the features and mechanisms of visual search activities of athletes.
