Japan faces the society with low birthrate and aging. For the sustainable society, supporting workers is as important as supporting aged people. The purpose of this session is to argue the healthy management by improving ME-BYO condition of workers, who have vague unhealthy conditions. The opinions from the variety of positions will be raised, i.e. from Kanagawa, which promotes ME-BYO improvement, Fujikura co. which promotes healthy management, Brooks which provides tea for healthy management, and student who proposes a work-life balance.
