When a civilization have been defined as the state of the world where broad wisdom and happiness being established with an innovative new social system by new tools and technologies, we are on the very beginning of “the Internet Civilization”. It became a matter of time when the most of human being on this planet accessing the Internet, because we already exceed more than a half in 2017. The elements of this civilization would be discussed from views of science, tools, culture, society and geography, as well as point of view of conflicts and confrontations.
