The historic U.S.-DPRK Summit committed to realize complete denuclearization of Korean Peninsula. However, the tangible steps towards denuclearlization has yet to be taken. With North Korea’s active diplomacy vis–vis South Korea, China and Russia and its commitment to freeze nuclear and missile tests, the crisis in Korean Penisula seems to be temporary suspended. Is this prelude to next round of crisis or path towards peace regime based on denuclearlization?
