Open Dialogue is the epoch-making psychiatric program with using dialogue, which has been developed in Finland and paid great attentions recently in Japan. We believe that this approach can be applied not only to psychotherapy but also educational and organizational situations. Here, what is the Open Dialogue? How do we conduct? In this session, we present Open Dialogue Patterns, a pattern language for conducting Open Dialogue, and held a dialogue workshop with the patterns.
