Blockchain technology not only act as a foundation of cryptographic currency, but it is also expected to apply to other fields due to its characteristic of being a distributed ledger.

The Keio Research Institute at SFC, Keio University and Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo founded BASE Alliance; a globally open industry-university collaborated research association that enables us to discuss openly,  develops, experimentally demonstrate Blockchain technologies.

In this session, we introduce activities of the BASE alliance as panel discussions.
