It’s not easy being yourself while juggling your career with rising children. Even If you wonder how other people do it, you may not be able to get advice from others on such a matter that differs depending on people and family. We therefore collected many tips, hints, and advices from working parents and created “words” to enable other people to understand the know-hows. We used the method of “Pattern Language” to describe hints on how to live a better life by balancing parenting, working and enjoying your own time. In this session, we present our work and open a dialogue.
