In this September, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which set the goals and targets to achieve the sustainable development all around the world until 2030, was adopted at the United Nations General Assembly. Our project discusses and analyzes the challenges and solutions to apply and achieve the SDGs in Japan. Until now, we focused on the food and energy issues and finished the analysis of challenges on current national policy, and carrying out the projects to realize the solutions in the real society. In the ORF, we share the brief introduction of the SDGs and our research, and discuss the contribution of the SFC to achieve the SDGs in the society.
