In the WaKaBa meeting, young researchers from various nursing specialties gather to develop educational and research competency as well as pursue people's lives and health from wide perspective. As our ongoing theme from last year, we aim to improve our educational competency as member of faculty and to ameliorate environment of clinical practices for nursing students so that they can obtain high quality learning experience. Especially in the training of nursing students in clinical practice, not only educational competency but also practical competency is required. Thus, maintaining and developing such competency is also an important issue for us. We hope to exchange information with people from various specialties about collaboration of education, practice and research at ORF.
