In this research, we will use the IoT devices and smart devices to recognize real-world environment and conditions, human behavior, etc., and build a digital data infrastructure that enhances the convenience and comfort of public transportation. In addition, as a reference service, anonymous aggregation and visualization of perverts and nuisances in public transport, introduction of dynamic diagrams for shuttle buses, interactive information service system are developed, and its convenience is demonstrated through experiment in a real environment.
