Since 2016, Takashi Iba Laboratory at Keio University, and Kao Corporation have collaborated to create a pattern language for living well with working and parenting, Ways of Everyday World Making, and A Style Language for Family Lifestyle. Two Languages have been used to create dialogues and exchange feelings of participants through workshops at companies, local governments, NPOs, clubs, and organizations, etc. At those places, two languages are receiving favorable comments that they let participants visualize how they want to be by reflecting their daily lives, and balances between working and parenting. In this session, we will introduce how these two languages are actually utilized, and users of these languages will share specific examples of utilization with everyone in the venue.
