This is the 40th year ‘s milestone from the the Declaration of Alma-Ata that laid out the goal of achieving Health for ALL and launched the Primary Health Care (PHC) as a philosophy and a methodology at the same time. The fundamental philosophy of PHC intends strongly, which does not accept inequities of health. Has the world improved last 40 years? Is it possible for everyone to live better? Through a cases of Palestinian people living under chronic conflict condition, I would like to consider what PHC is.
