This session is discussing a new generation highly computerized society by the secure and safety cyber-physical environment, which reflects the physical space onto the Internet and is operated securely by establishment of its security operation center (SOC) for an entire social security and its human operation center (HOC) for a safety human life. To realize the secure and safety cyber-physical environment, an infrastructure system for reflection technologies between the physical space and network space, and collaborative distributed SOC and HOC beyond public, private and academic sectors in the world, including cooperation of both SOC and HOC, will be discussed freely in terms of an unique ideas, current issues for secure and safety society, and approaches to them.
