Now that information technology has produced a various innovation in society, an innovation to improve the quality and productivity of the architecture has been seeking.
Under these circumstances, Keio University organized “Digital Construction” Consortium. This consortium is focused on the applying an information technology to a construction workflow that will become the core of an innovation in architecture and construction industry field.
In this session, we will introduce advanced projects and cases in other country and talk about a potential and an impact “Digital Construction” have on domestic architecture and construction industry, therefore future of architecture and city.
