Global FAB Society Consortium started in April 2015, leading the vision driven by Digital Fabrication technologies and the Internet. This consortium consists of three working groups – “Design Inclusion,” “3D Data Applications and Talent Development,” “Security and IoT Tags” and “Nursing and Medical Care.” Moreover, we are promoting the deployment of new technologies both in Japan and in overseas. In this session, we will report our activities in 2016, and have a discussion on next plans among panelists.
