Person in Charge of the Project : Rika Fujiya
In September 2015, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 agenda was adopted by world leaders. The new Goals are unique in that they call for action by all countries, poor, rich and middle-income to promote prosperity while protecting the planet. Our laboratory has focused on the global health issues and did fieldworks on around the world. For example, Tokyo, Sanya where day labors came from their hometowns during the period of rapid economic growth, children and women in Palestine, people living with HIV in Thailand, and healthcare environment in Tanzania. Based on our experiences, we will consider global health issues to address as global common concerns.
