In recent years, there are little relationship of neighborhood and mother in the community. Environment of childcare is changing. Our laboratory had conducting community meeting with the citizens from the viewpoint of building up social capital in a community. The participant at this community meeting said, "There is no place for children and mothers to play and talk each other." We were discussed issues related to childcare in community and the way of binding bonds between the citizens. "Ohisama hiroba" at which the mothers can have an opportunity to meet neighbor mothers, started from April 2014 by citizens.
