Obesity, a medical condition with excessively accumulated body fat, increase risk of developing various diseases, such as type 2 diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease and is a major social health concern. Losing weight is an effective way to improve obesity, and to prevent such diseases. In this study, using metabolome analysis, we are challenging to reveal detail change in lipid metabolism by weight loss in obese human body and explore to novel index to offer more effective method of weight loss.
