Fostering the world-class leaders is at the top of the agenda for revival of Japan. Various leadership education programs have been provided in Japan and overseas, however there are much less opportunities/programs to learn basics of the leadership through practical lectures at the universities. In this session, we will report the results of “Leadership Basics,” class of 2016 Spring, and discuss the future prospects of the leadership education.
