Our lab investigates and practices life skill programs and coaching. How we can get over various difficulties we face during sports or coaching. Life skill is defined by WHO as "psychosocial abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life." Moreover to this definition, our lab aims to build bilateral communication with in relationship with others and to include the cycle of always "Think, Realize, act" over what we have done or what we have said.
