It Could Have Been Better
Person in Charge of the Project : Fumitoshi Kato
Our project aims to explore the ways in which various "good places" are shaped and reshaped through our communication processes. Acknowledging that we are always "in-communication," our research begins with a series of critical observations of our day-to-day activities, with a particular focus on the social life of small urban spaces.
Currently, we are conducting a field research to identify various "unpleasant designs," embedded elsewhere within our neighborhood. Through that process, we hope to initiate our "street fight," as a mode of active engagement, for the betterment of local communities.
