Drone with Mobile Communication
Person in Charge of the Project : Kotaro Chiba
It's said, "The Drone is the Smartphone which can fly over." We're also thinking of "The drone is the IoT terminal which can digitize space from the ground 1mm to 150m." Therefore all communication technology must have compatibility with drone. In this project we'll show you what is the future vision of drone in terms of a mobile communication from both sides of a law, regulation and technology.
Evidence based training for safety drone operation
Person in Charge of the Project : Shintaro Takahashi
This project is aiming to raise safe drone pilots. Therefore we propose evidence based safe drone training and management method that is necessary to acquire actual technique and knowledge. We compare near miss data experienced by a pilot and observation data by an observer in flight training. Then we can get the data that becomes a basis from at what kind of time a pilot tends to make a mistake. And the mistake will do anything to choose as immaturity of what kind of knowledge and skill understanding to the structure of the fuselage and a flight principle, rule formation and risk assessment are clearly and use it for future's training.
Entertainment with Drone
Person in Charge of the Project : Shiro Inoue
We are studying for the attractive drone entertainment. In 2016, drone race is getting popular among the world because of the World Drone Prix in Dubai held in March. We'll offer charm of the mobility and racer's art as contents and introduce a possibility as the future sport for all age people.
Drone for all sort of industries
Person in Charge of the Project : Masaki Minami
The Drone is the robot from which can move the space freely and controlled by digital technology. We are going to study a possibility that the Drone can roll an active part by all industry as the digital technology infrastructure supporting our society.
Formation Drones - a example of Group Controll System
Person in Charge of the Project : Masaki Minami
The Drone can be flying in the air freely by controlling motors based on information from various sensors in the fuselage. When drones are able to share the information beside itself each other, drones can expand its possibility such as formation flying by group-controlled drones. By cooperation of drones, they can carry for the heavy luggage that can't be carried in only one drone.
In this exhibition, we will introduce control technique necessary to a formation flying by information sharing between drones.
