There are many kinds of work or jobs around us, and all professionals should have their own unique philosophy about how they carry out their work every day. We have interviewed more than 30 professionals (we call them TETSUJINs), in Kesennuma, Miyagi and Shonandai, Kanagawa, have created postcards each of which is to visualize each philosophy, and have distributed them to the TETSUJINs and the people around them to share. We will discuss how the postcards serve as a trigger to activate communication around the TETSUJINs.
