This project aims to devise a method to build trust with the members of an organization and obtain cooperation from the viewpoint of a management technique called MBB (Management by Belief). MBB is a method of finding on-the-job aims, setting them and carrying them out, through creative talks to let own thoughts battle with the leader’s thoughts that have been fostered out of the background of the organization. This project presents a case study to examine how a trust is being built in a general incorporated association managed by university students.
