The Great East Japan Earthquake and the induced tsunami and the accident of nuclear power plant have brought devastated damages to Fukushima Prefecture. Three year has passed by since then. The local people is suffering from the unprecedented disasters and struggling with decontamination of radioactive pollution, reallocation of residence, and reconstruction of infrastructure and industry. Yan Lab, working with local-based NPO and citizens in the City of Minamisoma, pictures the vision of the region in 30 years, and designs implementable action plans such as effective way of decontamination, new business model of agriculture, and solar sharing.
