Session No. : SS-04
Pattern Language 3.0 – a new methodology for enhancing organizational creativity. Originally introduced in the field of architecture and later adopted widely into software design, the method now is showing new possibilities in organizational design. Organizations can use the method to find common patterns among successes to reflect on and diagnose daily routines. Problems can be found, and knowledge to overcome difficulties can be shared within the organization. The session will show the work of the “Pattern Language 3.0 Research Group,” which currently involves 27 companies, and will also include a dialogue session for further possibilities of pattern languages.
