Presentation Representative : Daijiro Mizuno

Daijiro Mizuno Lab deals with Design Research in the changing socio-techno environment. Looking specifically at fashion design as a cultural studies and inclusive design as a social inclusion, we aim to work on practice-led design research on the changing definitions of design in the 21st Century.
For ORF2014 we primarily introduce two projects; Dressmaking 2.0, a project investigating into fashion design in the age of digital fabrication-based society, and Design for the Mundane World, a project looking at underestimated values in the everyday products.
