Three years have passed since the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and at present collective relocation is being carried out all over the area. Consequently, safety is now guaranteed from any more tsunami disaster. On the other hand, it is predicted that the lifestyle of the people are to be affected due to collective relocation. In this project, the effect on lifestyle collective relocation was analyzed Kesennuma City, Japan by looking at accessibility of transportation.
