At any place in Japan, any time, you may undergo earthquakes. It occurs every 3 min. in this country. Once it occurs, the whole world around you is shaking. During the strong motion, you can never help your families or friends, or give simple instructions to your colleagues or subordinates. Of course no one can come to help you at the moment. The best and only way not to lose any lives during the strong motion is to protect yourself. Each person should be responsible to his/her own life. We would like to tell you how to survive from earthquakes when you are at home, at work, or on your way to work.
